Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped via Royal Mail and should arrive within 7 business days after the order has been processed. If you are an international customer, please contact us for shipping rates and times.All our products are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns. However, If you are unhappy with your piece, you can ship it back to us and we can modify when possible or find a solution for you. Please note that we are unable to resize any rings with gemstones in and can try to accommodate to your resizing needs however it may not always be possible due to the complex design of the ring . Shipping costs for ammendments are the responsibility of the customer.
